Role Objective:
Responsible for designing and implementing plans for improvement and growth of the digital lending business based on the product value proposition as the third engine of Bank Jago's financing business, as well as working with related teams to support a portfolio that is growing rapidly and healthily by utilizing technology.
Role Accountabilities:
- Oversee the implementation of research in order to understand alternatives that can increase the growth of the digital lending business in the short and medium term.
- Define business requirements for Digital Lending product improvements that can increase digital lending business growth in the short and medium term.
- Ensure that Digital Lending business and product improvements take into account business aspects and risks by coordinating with internal, external parties and relevant regulators.
- Coordinating the execution of digital business improvement and growth plans both through experimentation and product development, as well as monitoring and evaluating the results of the execution.
- Identify problems and possible solutions related to the Digital Lending business with related teams.
- Ensure the quality of work processes is carried out in accordance with the bank's procedures and ethical values
General Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial industry and/or technology-based companies
- Can adapt in a dynamic environment
- Can work under time pressure
- Fluent in English verbally and in writing
- Can think strategically and tactically
- Can manage stakeholders even without lines of authority
- Have knowledge in the banking sector which includes loan products and credit risk.
- Have knowledge in banking integration technology and architecture, including system integration, both file-based and API, both to partners and internal systems.
- Able to create technological designs for business lending and complete documentation.
