The role sits within the Global Learning team, which is part of the Global Leadership, Learning and Culture organization.  Our purpose is to ensure an organization with an environment of continuous learning known for its extraordinary talent of our people, leadership and culture. Digital Learning is a key part of the remit of the Global Learning team.  This role will help support the creation of new content and the implementation and maintenance of the Novonesis Learning System.
In office at least 3 days a week, standard working hours with occasional flex in hours to accommodate global calls with participants in diverse timezones.
Travel expected to Denmark for strategic team meetings 2-4 times per year.

In this role you will make an impact by:

Main tasks:
Describe the focus for the employee and list the 3-5 most important tasks in a prioritized order. • Work with global/local stakeholders to design and create digital learning solutions
• Develop and maintain e-learning modules using authoring tools (e.g., Synesthesia, Articulate, etc)
• Maintain and update the digital learning library and LMS content
• Monitor usage, feedback, and effectiveness of digital learning assets
• Act as subject matter expert and first point of contact for Novonesis learning systems and digital content libraries
Other tasks:
• Less frequent but necessary actions
• Administration of external content solutions (CoachHub, LinkedIn Learning, etc)
• Support onboarding and upskilling internal teams on e-learning tools, Novonesis Learning systems, best practice
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders developing digital learning content
• Work with wider Leadership, Learning and Culture team on cross-functional projects
Key stakeholders:
Describe who this employee will be working with. This includes both external and internal stakeholders – also in the team/department.
Specify how they will be working together. The role will work with colleagues across the Leadership, Learning and Culture team, wider People + Organisation team and stakeholders from the line of Business. Some projects will also require liaison with external vendors.
Industrial/technical background
Describe the expected background of the employee – e.g., types of relevant experience with various industries, technologies, strategic competencies, requirements, knowledge. The ideal candidate for the Digital Learning Consultant role should have a strong background in developing digital learning solutions across various industries. They should possess experience with a variety of authoring tools and techniques, such as Synesthesia and Articulate, and demonstrate effective communication skills, both written and verbal. The candidate should be adept at working with stakeholders, navigating opposing wishes, and ensuring content consistency with learning standards and branding. Additionally, they should exhibit digital dexterity, data savviness, and the ability to work under pressure, managing timelines, resources, and uncertainty

To succeed you must have:
• Bachelors Degree
• Additional certifications in e-learning, instructional design, etc desirable
Relevant professional skills:
• Experience developing digital learning solutions using a variety of tools and techniques (articulate, synesthesia, etc)
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (experience with Degreed, Success Factors and Workday would be ideal)
• Experience managing relationships with external Digital Learning content providers
• Project management experience
Years of relevant experience:
• 5+
Language requirements and proficiency level:
• English
Personal/behavioral skills

Digital dexterity (ways of working, systems, etc)
