Job Description

Digital Innovation Strategist is a key expert position, driving strategic vision for innovation across all Publicis Le Pont scopes. Working closely with delivery leads that support creating future-forward solutions around production, eCommerce and data. One also cooperates with the business account leads to support concepting innovative pilots and programs for clients.

This is an ever-changing role that requires strong expertise around our current scopes (ie. automation / CRM / end-to-end production), key internal and external stakeholders as well as clients. Position requires critical knowledge of program management, understanding key timings for inputs as well as being able to mitigate risks, solve problems and deliver business-first solutions. Person on this position is also responsible for ensuring a positive, productive working environment across projects one is driving.

  • Creating and driving roadmap for development of innovative products and solutions. Developing strategic concepts that leverage digital innovation to solve brand problems and unlock new opportunities.
  • Delivering projects and solutions in innovation workstream and frameworks, guiding development and implementation of innovation plans for key accounts.
  • Supporting and co-leading strategic discussions with clients and internal key decision makers to promote strategy of innovation across existing and future accounts.
  • Being an expert in AI technologies, constantly analyzing trends and their potential impact on brands.
  • Leading building and developing expertise, know-how among new users of innovative technology and solutions. Knowledge sharing within the organization.
  • Crafting compelling stories, converting ideas into clear, concise and persuasive presentations that inspire and ignite action.
  • Gaining a deep, holistic, and evolving understanding of production trends, our client’s business objectives, challenges, threats and opportunities and formulating actionable recommendations for product/ service exploration based on that understanding.
  • Results driven, curious, always having an outlook on future-forward technologies and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in working in a similar position in advertising or marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital and social media marketing, online landscape, and its ever-evolving trends.
  • Knowledge of AI technologies (e.g. Google Image, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT).
  • Excellent and effective communication skills to express ideas, expectations, and outcomes clearly and confidently both verbally and in writing. Presenting complex concepts in a clear and engaging way in a variety of formal presentation settings.
  • Proficiency in using and interpreting data and market research. Identifying ways to develop innovative products and services.
  • Resilience, ability to prioritize under pressure.
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities and flexibility in adapting delivery, solutions, and approach to changing environments and requirements. Ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Serving as a strategic partner for client service and delivery teams to ensure understanding of the product and business environment.
  • Building and maintaining successful relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with clients to gain trust and respect.
  • Business proficiency in English.
