The Position
As a Digital Innovation Lead at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for driving the digital innovation efforts by enabling digital and patient-focused solutions. The focus will be to establish a strong foundation for a customer-focused digital framework and support our business in identifying opportunities and exploring them in coordination with SEEMEA DDIT and prioritized affiliates.
Other responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitate digital innovation support for functional units in SEMEA by identifying trends and exploration areas to enhance overall performance.
  • Identify and support digital innovation initiatives while mapping potential funding opportunities and coordinating projects in prioritized areas and affiliates.
  • Act as a regional ambassador for digital innovation, contributing to the digital transformation agenda and sharing best practices within the Digital Community.
  • Manage and implement innovative initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration with DDIT SEEMEA and other business units.
  • Contribute to the assessment and tracking of the digital portfolio, mapping it against trends, and sharing insights and opportunities within the organization.


Qualifications
On a personal level, you have excellent communication skills that facilitate effective engagement with all business functions and key stakeholders. You have a passion for digital trends and experience in building relationships on high-profile, cross-functional initiatives highlight your commitment to innovation. Your vibrant curiosity also drives continuous learning in this dynamic field.
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • University Degree in Business, Strategy, Innovation, Computer Science & Econometrics, Advanced degree preferred (MDs, MBA) ideally within IT strategy
  • A minimum of 10 years of Digital/Data/IT/Business management-related experience is required with a track record working on, or driving, disruptive projects from idea to launch and execution in the healthcare field.
  • Experience deploying new products or projects across different geographies
  • Experience working with or in start-ups and consultancy in digital healthcare
  • Fluent in oral and written English is a must, and Fluent in oral and written other SEEMEA language is preferred.
