Shape the Future of Connectivity. Build What Matters.
Join a team at the forefront of automotive and industrial innovation — where your work directly impacts the technologies driving tomorrow's world.
About the Role
We're looking for a talented Digital Design Engineer to join our team, where you'll architect and design high-performance digital circuits that seamlessly interface with cutting-edge analog systems. You'll work across a diverse set of communication protocols — including CAN, LIN, 1394, and Ethernet — contributing to full end-to-end system solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible.
What You'll Do
- Define architecture and micro-architecture for complex digital systems
- Write and review RTL code, and drive designs through simulation, synthesis, and timing closure
- Develop test methods and specifications, and contribute to application notes and datasheets
- Solve complex engineering challenges by assessing and applying a range of techniques and methodologies
- Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks, delivering results on time with minimal supervision
- Collaborate closely with a world-class team of analog and digital design engineers to solve problems and drive innovation
What We're Looking For
- Strong background in digital circuit design and familiarity with analog-digital interfaces
- Hands-on experience with communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, 1394, and/or Ethernet
- Proficiency in RTL design, synthesis, and verification flows
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a systematic, analytical mindset
- A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and contributes proactively to group discussions
Why Join Us?

Texas Instruments Compensation & Benefits Highlights
The following summarizes recurring compensation and benefits themes identified from responses generated by popular LLMs to common candidate questions about Texas Instruments and has not been reviewed or approved by Texas Instruments.
-
Strong & Reliable Incentives — Profit sharing and annual bonuses are portrayed as a meaningful, formula-linked upside that can materially lift total earnings in strong years. An employee stock purchase plan with a discount further reinforces recurring, wealth-building incentives.
-
Retirement Support — A 401(k) match is described as a stable core benefit, with some references to additional legacy employer contributions and even pension-like elements for certain cohorts. This framing positions long-term savings support as a notable part of the overall rewards package.
-
Healthcare Strength — Medical coverage is depicted as broadly comprehensive, with preventive care and access to HSA/FSA features cited as value-adds. Company-seeded HSA contributions are repeatedly characterized as an important offset to the plan design for those enrolled.
