We are seeking a talented Optical Lead to join our dynamic team, contributing to the design and development of cutting-edge optical coherent transponder cards. As an optical engineer focused on Optical Transponder optical integration and oDVT (optical design verification test), you will play a crucial role in design, bringing up optimal performance and ensuring the optical performance and quality.

  • Lead the integration process of optical modules into optical line cards and ensuring optical performance.

Qualifications

Must-have-skills

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Optical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Must have designed optical line card/systems
  • Must have experience in optical integration and testing of coherent module/transponders
  • Proven experience in optical design, testing, and integration, particularly with optical transponders or related components.
  • Familiarity with optical characterization equipment and measurement techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex optical systems.
  • Excellent communication
