Get to Know the Team

The ID GrabKios Operation team is part of GrabKios, established initially as Kudo, and is responsible for sales activities at GrabKios. Kios plays an important role within the Grab Indonesia ecosystem, in Digital Goods, supporting multiple vertical activities and directly engaging consumers. We are made up of enthusiastic individuals with a desire for progress and development.

Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a Partner Integration & Technical Support to lead partner integration process and assist the partner on the technical side. This role is important to our success, as we are looking for you to manage these responsibilities. You will be reporting to Manager, Digital & Sustainability Operations and based onsite in Grab Jakarta office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Collaborate with partners to understand their integration needs and provide technical guidance throughout the integration process.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to partner integrations promptly.
  • Work with our teams, including engineering, product, and customer support, to ensure successful integration and support processes.
  • Document integration processes, technical specifications, and support procedures.
  • Provide training and support to partners to facilitate their understanding and use of our systems.
  • Monitor integration performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Guide and maintain integration solutions using APIs, SDKs, and other relevant technologies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in integration and technical support.
  • Having experience in a similar role in the past is preferred.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Experience a technical support or integration role at least 2 years in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong knowledge of API integration, data exchange formats (e.g., JSON, XML), and web services.
  • Experience documenting customer issues in detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript is a plus.
