As a Digital Engineering Consultant, Senior Associate, you will specialize in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within our Operations practice. You will work closely with clients to analyze product development lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality. In this role, you will also provide guidance on implementing lean manufacturing principles, optimizing supply chain integration, and leveraging digital technologies.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions. Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to develop operational strategies that enhance efficiency and productivity
- Collaborating with clients to streamline processes and drive business performance improvements
- Implementing lean manufacturing principles to optimize supply chain integration and reduce costs
- Leveraging digital technologies to enhance product development and manufacturing processes
- Conducting feasibility studies and market trend analysis to inform product lifecycle management
- Developing go-to-market strategies and product roadmaps to accelerate speed to market
- Utilizing Six Sigma and process simulation techniques to identify and eliminate bottlenecks
- Managing project resources effectively to support product ideation and production control
- Upholding compliance and standards within operational frameworks to maintain quality
- Building meaningful client connections and mentoring junior team members to foster growth
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
