STV is seeking a hands-on Digital Development Lead to manage the client-facing delivery of digital solutions for major infrastructure and transportation programs.

This role sits within STV’s Digital Advisory Services and serves as a key liaison between the client, project teams, and our digital specialists. You’ll be responsible for driving implementation of PMIS platforms, analytics solutions, and data integration workflows that strengthen how owners plan, build, and operate their assets.

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re equally comfortable managing complex relationships and translating technical strategies into action. The ideal candidate has strong program delivery experience, understands the realities of owner-side operations, and knows how to keep digital initiatives moving forward.

Responsibilities:

Client & Program Leadership

  • Serve as the primary client interface for digital solutions, providing leadership and accountability across all active workstreams.

  • Build strong relationships with client representatives, consultants, and internal teams to align goals, priorities, and expectations.

  • Facilitate workshops, coordination meetings, and status sessions to communicate progress, risks, and next steps.

  • Represent the Digital Advisory team in client steering and governance meetings.

Technology Delivery & Implementation

  • Lead the configuration, deployment, and optimization of PMIS and supporting digital systems (Kahua, eBuilder, Procore, ACC, etc.).

  • Coordinate technical specialists (data, GIS, BIM, AI, etc.) to deliver integrated solutions that meet project objectives.

  • Oversee deliverables, scope, schedule, and budget for digital components of large-scale programs.

  • Identify and escalate risks, dependencies, and decision points that impact delivery.

Change Management & Adoption

  • Develop and execute change management and training plans to strengthen user adoption and system effectiveness.

  • Track adoption metrics and stakeholder feedback to validate value realization.

  • Support clients in developing digital governance, standard operating procedures, and reporting structures.

Data & Analytics Integration

  • Oversee implementation of dashboards, data models, and performance tracking tools in coordination with analytics teams.

  • Align reporting and data visualization outputs with client KPIs and business objectives.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation across client programs, including automation, AI, and data management enhancements.

  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to STV’s internal knowledge base for digital solutions.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in digital advisory, technology consulting, or related digital transformation leadership roles within the AECO sector.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Information Systems); advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven ability to lead client relationships, facilitate meetings, and manage complex stakeholder environments.

  • Strong understanding of PMIS platforms (Kahua, eBuilder, Procore, ACC, etc.) and system integration principles.

  • Working knowledge of BIM, GIS, data analytics (Power BI, Azure), and related digital tools.

  • Experience with AI integrations and predictive analytics is a plus.

  • Skilled at influencing, mentoring, and aligning multidisciplinary teams across geographies to achieve common goals.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving client needs and technologies.

  • Willingness to travel as needed for client engagement, workshops, and program delivery support.
