Strategy & Planning
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for digital, data, and AI adoption.
- Support the development of digital transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct readiness assessments and stakeholder analysis to inform adoption strategies.
Enablement & Change Management
- Design and deliver training, workshops, and enablement programs to build digital and data literacy.
- Develop communication plans to promote awareness and engagement around AI and analytics initiatives.

Implementation Support
- Partner with data science, IT, and product teams to ensure solutions are user-centric and scalable.

Monitoring & Evaluation
- Define and track adoption metrics, KPIs, and user feedback to measure impact.
- Identify barriers to adoption and recommend interventions to improve uptake.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership on adoption progress and outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business units on digital and AI capabilities.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.
- Represent the voice of the user in solution design and deployment.
Requirements:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Relevant Work Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in digital transformation, data analytics, AI adoption, or change management.
- Strong understanding of data and AI technologies, including analytics platforms, machine learning, and cloud solutions.
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and driving organizational change.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
