About the role:
We're seeking a truly versatile and creative individual, someone eager to dive in, learn quickly, and grow with us. This position is ideal for a video editor or visual content creator with strong technical skills and an intuitive understanding of impactful content.
You’ll be working directly with our Brand manager, helping bring ideas to life through video editing, motion graphics, and social visuals. You’ll also be expected to contribute ideas of your own, move fast, and explore creative tools — including AI-based video, image, and design generation platforms.

Day-to-Day Activities and Responsibilities:- Edit short-form videos for Eko’s social channels, paid media, and brand materials
- Design graphics and motion content for social posts and carousels
- Bring marketing ideas to life visually — quickly and effectively
- Propose and prototype new creative formats using tools like AI video/image generators
- Help build a scalable visual language for Eko’s marketing presence
- Take ownership of small projects from brief to execution
- Collaborate directly with the Marketing team, receiving briefs and creative direction
- Coordinate with the Capture Factory when raw footage is needed
Problem Solving:
- How do we translate a marketing idea into engaging visuals — fast
- What kind of videos will perform well on social this week
- How can AI speed up or improve our creative process
Our Ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication or a related field
- Approximately 1-3 years of relevant experience (in-house, freelance, or agency)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (intermediate level essential)
- Solid experience with Figma; familiarity with other design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
- A keen interest in or existing familiarity with AI tools like Runway, Midjourney, or similar
- A strong understanding of current visual trends on TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Demonstrable skills in video editing and motion design
- A good grasp of graphic design principles and layout
- A proactive, curious mindset – you're a natural self-starter
- A compelling portfolio showcasing your taste, technical skills, and creative potential
- Prior experience within a marketing team or creative agency
- Professional experience utilizing AI tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney)
- Familiarity with B2B marketing, e-commerce, or SaaS environments
- Experience working in a startup setting
