Digital Content Specialist

The Digital Content Specialist is responsible for managing the organisations digital presence by creating engaging content, growing online communities, and ensuring consistent brand storytelling across social media platforms. The role combines content creation, social media management, and performance tracking to increase audience engagement and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: * Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). * Capture and produce high-quality photo, video, and graphic content for digital campaigns. * Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing objectives. * Manage day-to-day social media accounts, including community engagement and responding to comments and messages. * Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to create timely, relevant content. * Track and report on content performance, audience growth, and campaign results using analytics tools. * Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and creators to develop compelling digital campaigns. * Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and overall communications strategy. * Support live coverage of events, activations, and campaigns through real-time content creation and publishing.
