Overview: 
We are seeking a Digital Content Producer who will be responsible for the creation of digital assets (HTML newsletters, lead nurturing and account-based marketing emails, and pop-ups, with the skills to assist in custom content article layouts, banners, social media graphics, eBlasts as needed) to meet the needs of various departments and projects. The Digital Content Producer has expert level skills in the Adobe Creative Suite (including video and audio production), HTML and CSS design, and remains up to date on current UI design principles and trends. In addition to these role-specific skills, the Digital Content Producer must have high attention to detail and a professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines. This position reports to our Horsham office location.
Essential Job Duties
Newsletter Production

  1. Manages the creation and production of regular, custom, segmented, and weekend newsletters as assigned by the Newsletter Production Coordinator, including the client newsletter services customers.

Lead Nurturing, Account Based Marketing Programs

  1. Creates, schedules, and managing the set-up and administration of client lead nurturing programs.
  2. Build and assemble emails, complete list pulls and uploads, tag content as needed
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, ops, and account management) to ensure timely deliveries of all creative assets are scheduled prior to deployment
  4. Complete campaign reporting as needed

Pop-Up Programs

  1. Perform day-to-day pop-up activities including, but not limited to, campaign brief set-up, scheduling, content updating, set-up testing, and launch.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, ops, and account management) to ensure pop-ups are coordinated and scheduled prior to deployment
  3. Complete campaign reporting as needed

Website Updates

  1. Complete monthly Sourcing Center updates

Custom Content / Content Services

  1. Responsible for the timely layout of custom content articles as assigned by the Custom Content project manager.
  2. Creates social media promotional materials to promote client custom content
  3. Podcast editing and production for client programs

Ad Banner Management

  1. Oversee, manage, and report on the the placement of all client banner in the Ad Server.
  2. As needed create/update/manipulate client submitted ads for placement

Email List Rentals/eBlast Management

  1. Perform day-to-day email activities including, but not limited to, email campaign brief set-up, scheduling, testing, and gathering requirements for email list rental-based marketing initiatives
  2. Build and assemble emails
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, ops, and account management) to ensure timely deliveries of all creative assets are scheduled prior to deployment
  4. Complete campaign reporting as needed
Additional Job Duties
  • Assist with other graphic, collateral, email, website design projects as requested.
Required Education
  • High School graduate work experience and portfolio
  • 4-Year degree preferred
Required Skills / Experience
  • 2 or more years of experience in a marketing, editorial, agency or web production environment working on client projects
  • Demonstrated experience in CSS, HTML, HTML5 and responsive design for the web and email newsletters with a portfolio of work
  • Capable of assessing content and designing layouts that will most effectively communicate the message
  • Have good copy-writing and copy-editing skills and experience preparing copy for the web and email newsletters and marketing messages
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Dreamweaver and Photoshop
  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and have a history of meeting deadlines
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and be flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills / Experience
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
  • Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
  • Experience utilizing Marketo for campaign management
