Digital Content Producer

We are looking for a Digital Content Producer to join our Content team. Producers are assigned to client content batches each month. As the lead producer on a batch, you own that client's content from research through handoff to editing: the preferences, the schedule, the quality, and the delivery.

This is a hands-on production seat. You will research, write, and refine onsite and off-page content for clients across many industries, go deep on every topic, and deliver every batch on time. You must be fluent in SEO writing, understand how content earns visibility in AI answer engines, and be disciplined enough to run your own quality checks before anything reaches an editor.

• Be the production expert on all assigned client preferences
• Run quality checks on every piece before it reaches an editor, and fix anything that flags before handoff, not after
• Go narrow and specific within each piece, working in real detail rather than surface coverage, to support depth and expertise
• Ensure each content batch is produced on time
• Research seasonal trends, industry updates, and answer engine style questions so assignments are grounded before writing starts
• Make sure topics and updates from clients are incorporated into the batch
• Share helpful client nuances and preferences with supporting producers and team members
• Identify visible gaps on a client's site, such as unanswered FAQs or untouched industry trends
• Create onsite content for your assigned clients, producing and refining landing pages, category pages, and onsite blog content
• Assist supporting producers with topic generation
• Field pitches to editors and clients
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, Sales, and other VELOX team members

• Onsite and off-page content including landing pages, category pages, and blog content
• Client bios and short descriptions
• Content built to rank in Organic Search and earn visibility in AI answer engines
• Monthly content batches for B2B and B2C clients across a wide range of industries

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in writing and editing
• 3+ years writing short-form content for the web, ideally in a marketing or advertising setting
• 2+ years writing and editing SEO optimized content, preferred
• Exceptional writing, editing, and formatting skills, including using formatting and visuals to improve content
• A clear understanding of tone and the ability to adapt quickly to different client voices and writing styles
• Ability to manage multiple client batches at once and meet tight deadlines
