Role Overview:

The company's Sleep & Respiratory Care (S&RC) is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Content & Marketing Communications Specialist to support content creation and digital enablement across the S&RC business. As a member of the S&RC Global Marketing team, you will manage the digital shelf for third-party e-commerce partners while partnering across the organization to harmonize product information and digital content that supports global marketing strategy. You will collaborate with the North America Marketing team, Sales Enablement, Global Digital and Performance Marketing, and the S&RC Process and Systems Excellence Group, Marketing Communications, Categories and the Medical Office.

 

Core Responsibilities:

•            Partner with key stakeholders across S&RC Global Marketing, North America Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Global Digital & Performance Marketing to create and deliver content and digital experiences that support market strategy and objectives.

•            Manage external agency and vendor relationships, prepping partners with the right insight, details, and information to drive delivery.

•            Provide project management across initiatives — tracking progress, meeting deadlines, and coordinating multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

•            Support content harmonization and management across systems and channels to ensure a consistent, compliant customer experience.

•            Track and socialize marketing KPIs and priorities to fuel optimization, in alignment with Global Digital & Performance Marketing and Marketing Communications.

•            Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure process and content compliance.

 

Support Digital Shelf Expansion:

•            Drives the integration of digital shelf / content syndication platforms into the martech stack to ensure compliant, accurate content for third party resellers.

•            Work with subject matter experts to support evaluation and requirements gathering for the digital shelf data model, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

•            Provide project management support for establishing the automation of digital content syndication from the company's Product Library.

•            Update and maintain existing product information across multiple systems until automation is in place.

 

Qualifications:

•            Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce Management, or equivalent.

•            5–10 years of experience in marketing operations, e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field, ideally within the healthcare or medical device industries.

•            Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) or product experience systems, especially Salsify.

•            Excellent project management skills and strong written/oral communication.

•            High attention to detail, with the ability to identify gaps and multitask across competing priorities while working both independently and cross-functionally.

•            Experience managing legal and regulatory approvals
