What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design A software system that provides website authoring, collaboration, and administration tools designed to allow users with little knowledge of web programming languages or markup languages to create and manage website content with relative ease.
What are we looking for? Make sure there is no reference of client name / project The content Author wil be a part of the team responsible for adaptation of content across al local websites for the client using a content management system Broad areas of work include: Understanding client s requirements about the content Understand the technical requirement of the content masters including but not limited to structure, components to be used, functionality. Set up content and perform content updates as per client s requirements and agreed timelines Ensure quality and timely completion of requests Ensure seamless communication with team members Identify, manage, resolve and escalate risks and issues affecting timely closures of requests Functional Skills: • 1-2 years of experience in content management in AEM CMS. Experience in working with globally distributed teams Ability to work in complex multiple stakeholder environment and complete plans on schedule Interpersonal Skills: Strong Interpersonal and communication skills including ability to interact with senior members in the project board. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as a self-starter and chase down people/teams to achieve closure when required. Ability to take end-to-end ownership of success of delivery by collaborating across teams and individuals. An organized and planned approach to work with the ability to move things swiftly despite several dependencies. Appreciation of the need for documentation. Technical Skills: Hands on experience in AEM CMS Hands on experience in HTML coding and CSS Basic experience in Photoshop
Roles and Responsibilities: •Make sure there is no reference of client name / project The responsibilities / authorities include: Managing content related requests Coordinate with concerned stakeholders for ensuring complete understanding of requests, requesting new/additional information, mockup approvals, request closures etc. • Be able to perform basic to medium complexity HTML coding and photoshop activities like image re-sizing, in-image text editing, re-encoding etc. • Ensure proper deployment of content in production system across platforms • Coordinate with third party technical teams for isue resolution when needed • Adhere to various operational processes • Identify gaps and areas for improvement in the processes and proposing solution improvements • Apply learnings and Industry standard best practices from experience Ensure timely completion of tasks and requests • Ensure high quality closures of al requests with zero margin of eror Other management activities • Identify operational risks and issues and take mitigating actions as required • Be flexible to work in shift hours and with other stakeholders • Help in managing overall team s workload by managing own deliverables and help team when required Certifications
