Responsibilities
  • Develop and schedule engaging, on-brand social media content (posts, stories, reels, and campaigns) across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Draft compelling written content for email newsletters, blog posts, press releases, and website updates that align with organizational messaging and donor engagement goals.
  • Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and social media insights to inform content strategy and improve engagement.
  • Assist in the creation of visually appealing digital assets (with design support) including infographics, banners, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and content management systems, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
  • Collaborate with program, fundraising, and advocacy teams to gather stories, updates, and multimedia for digital dissemination.
  • Support the planning and execution of digital campaigns, including donor appeals, awareness drives, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a consistent content calendar aligned with organizational priorities and key events.
  • Ensure all digital communications reflect the organization’s tone, values, and branding standards with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Participate in team meetings, provide updates, and adapt quickly to evolving project needs and feedback.



Skills Required

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience creating and scheduling social media content across Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Experience using Google Analytics to monitor and analyze website performance
  • Experience using Meta Business Suite and social media insights
  • Experience maintaining records in CRM and content management systems
  • Ability to draft email newsletters, blog posts, press releases, and website updates
