We are currently looking for a Digital Business Partner to act as the day-to-day IT contact for the assigned business domain, translating business needs into clear IT requirements and driving digital demand intake and lifecycle alignment across enterprise-wide applications, digital automations and digital products. The role builds trusted relationships with business stakeholders and ensures that IT capabilities deliver measurable outcomes aligned with the business plans and objectives.
What will you do:
- Serves as a day-to-day IT point of contact for assigned business domain stakeholders (BU teams, functional leads), building and sustaining trust through responsive, transparent and proactive communication and reliable follow-through on commitments.
- Manage the demand intake process: gather, document and analyse business needs and change requests, translate them into clear requirements with sound business justification, and submit them through the applicable governance processes.
- Develop deep understanding of the domain's business processes, pain points and priorities, as well as of its technology landscape and application ecosystem, identifying where digital, data and automation solutions can improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Track domain projects and delivery activities against scope, quality, timeline and budget under the applicable methodology (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid), liaising with delivery teams and coordinating testing, UAT and production-readiness activities.
- Ensure cross-domain alignment with other Business Partners on shared priorities, initiatives, interdependencies and resource demand, in line with the broader IT & Digital Transformation strategy.
- Support adoption of new digital solutions through coordinated communication, training and transition activities, and may undertake Product Ownership responsibilities (backlog prioritization, stakeholder alignment, business value).
- Partner with architecture, security and IT teams to embed governance, security, data privacy and architectural standards early in demand and solution discussions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of requirements, demand and delivery status, share knowledge with peers and contribute to the continuous improvement of Business Partner practices.
What you need to be successful:
- A BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Statistics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Engineering or a related discipline; an MSc will be considered an asset.
- At least 7 years of experience in IT projects and business applications, including 5+ years in business analysis, digital transformation.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to act as a trusted partner between Business and IT and to translate complex IT concepts into clear business language, managing expectations and maintaining trust across diverse stakeholders.
- Proven experience in business analysis, requirements management, demand prioritization and translating business needs into impactful digital solutions, while articulating their financial and business value through relevant metrics.
- Understanding of emerging digital trends, including automation and data solutions, to identify opportunities for business process enhancement and operational efficiency.
- Understanding of technology, application, data and integration architectures, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and consistent with enterprise architecture standards and target-state roadmaps.
- Working knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), Waterfall and hybrid approaches, including Product Ownership responsibilities, as well as of QA processes, testing and UAT practices.
- A proactive mindset, continuously reviewing processes and operations to anticipate needs and propose improvements, automation opportunities or technology solutions ahead of demand.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical language into business terminology and to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Very good analytical and design skills, able to make sense of complex or incomplete information, combined with a proactive, problem-solving approach that delivers solutions enhancing business productivity.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Statistics, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Master's degree
- At least 10 years of experience in IT projects and applications-related roles
- At least 5 years of experience in business application analysis and implementations for business-related digital initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Experience in business analysis, requirements management, demand prioritization, and translating business needs into digital solutions
- Ability to assess and articulate financial and business value using value metrics and benefits reporting
- Experience coordinating communication, training, transition, adoption, and organizational change activities
- Understanding of AI, analytics, automation, data solutions, and emerging digital trends
- Understanding of technology, application, data, and integration architectures
- Understanding of QA processes, testing strategies, UAT coordination, and production-readiness validation
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches
- Product Ownership experience, including backlog prioritization, value-driven decision-making, and stakeholder alignment
- Capability to manage data and reporting processes and deliver reports and dashboards
- Strong communication skills, including translating complex IT concepts into clear business language
- Knowledge and application of architecture principles, enterprise architecture standards, target-state roadmaps, and technology strategy
