The Digital Business Analyst is an exciting role that will help to shape the digital future for our D2C customers.

You are pivotal in gathering and owning project requirements from end to end. You will be part of the Digital Delivery team and work closely with other professionals to build and contribute to an aggressive digital transformation across a wide-range of large-scale ecommerce systems.

A strong eye on innovation and detail -- always looking for the latest & greatest technical solutions available -- will serve you well in this role. As will your top-notch documentation and client facing skills.

  • Evaluate and document business requirements from idea inception through to launch and beyond
  • Review and understand customer journeys and processes in order to recommend efficiencies.
  • Work with all stakeholders to generate and action in-depth Discovery Programmes, from the initial research, conducting the sessions, and drafting the output from them.
  • Work with technical third parties to ensure most effective ways of working – including prioritisation of requirements, sprint planning, NFRs, DoR / DoD
  • Own the relationship with clients & internal stakeholders.
  • Understand the wider customer, business, and stakeholder priorities.
  • Be the link, the bridge, the translator! between tech and business stakeholders
  • Develop and execute data-driven strategies to drive growth and improve customer experience.
  • Analyse work delivered by technical teams for accuracy  and effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement of development pipeline
  • Conduct research and analysis to gather insights into industry trends, customer behaviour, and competition.
  • Own and maintain backlog of small change which will include new requests, improvements, and tech debt.
  • Support the growth of the Delivery Team and BA function within that team

Here are some of the things your will bring: 

  • 5+ years experience as Business Analyst or Product Owner specialising in eCommerce
  • Expert level writing of Functional Specification (FSD / FRD)/ Business Requirement (BRD) Documents or user stories
  • Demonstrable experience of workshop facilitation
  • Experience supporting the full delivery lifecycle as a Business Analyst including business case support, project initiation, requirement capture, scope and change management, development support, UAT, hypercare and benefit realisation
  • CMS solutions
  • Comfortable comprehension of complex enterprise System Architecture diagrams
  • Comfortable with Technical Roadmap creation and maintenance
  • Comfortable with Process Modelling creation
  • Practical experience with Agile Methodologies and large-scale Delivery Management
