Summary:
The Digital Associate supports the growth and execution of Christian Appalachian Project's digital fundraising and engagement efforts. This position assists with digital campaign coordination, creative project routing, digital asset management, content scheduling, reporting, and donor communication initiatives. Working closely with the Digital Strategist and Philanthropy team, the Digital Associate helps ensure digital campaigns are executed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with CAP's mission, branding standards, and fundraising goals.
Essential Job Functions:
- Digital Campaign Coordination: Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of digital fundraising campaigns. Maintain project timelines and track campaign deliverables to help ensure deadlines are met. Coordinate campaign requests and information among internal departments, vendors, consultants, and external partners. Assist with email deployment schedules and digital communications calendars. Support quality assurance reviews for digital content, landing pages, forms, and campaign materials before launch 40%
- Digital Content and Asset Management: Maintain digital records, campaign documentation, content libraries, and creative assets. Assist with creative editing, routing, proofreading, and approval workflows. Coordinate digital content across email, website, social media, and other digital platforms. Ensure digital assets are properly organized, archived, and accessible. Support brand consistency across digital communications 30%
- Reporting, Analytics, and Administrative Support: Assist in compiling campaign performance reports and analytics. Track key performance indicators and prepare routine reports for the Digital Strategist and Philanthropy leadership. Maintain campaign records and project databases. Assist with budget tracking, vendor documentation, and purchasing processes as assigned. Support data accuracy and compliance with CAP policies and donor privacy standards 20%
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support collaboration among Philanthropy, Communications, Programs, and other CAP departments. Assist with identifying opportunities to improve digital processes and efficiencies. Participate in departmental meetings, planning sessions, and training opportunities. Provide support for special projects and organizational initiatives as assigned 10%

Qualifications
Education:
Associates Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field Required
Bachelor's Degree in a related field Preferred
Extensive related experience may substitute for education requirements and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Years of Experience:
Two or more years of experience in digital marketing, fundraising, communications, project coordination, or a related field Required
Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and digital content management Preferred
Certifications and Licensure:
Possess a Valid Kentucky Driver's License and Maintain a Safe Driving Record Required
CAP Driving Certification* (or ability to obtain within first 90 days) Required
*In order to drive personal vehicle on CAP business, must obtain and maintain a policy of motor vehicle insurance coverage on privately-owned vehicle with insurance coverage amounts of $50,000 bodily injury per person per accident; $100,000 bodily injury for all bodily injuries per accident; and $50,000 property damage per accident.
