Are you ready to lead digital excellence for two of the world’s most aspirational brands?
At PHD Global Business, we’re looking for a Digital Associate Director to drive innovation, strategy, and flawless execution across Bentley’s global and Singapore Airlines’ European digital activity. You’ll be part of a collaborative, future-facing team within one of the world’s most awarded media agencies.
Your Impact:As a digital lead across these high-profile accounts, your mission will be to:
- Deliver world-class campaign management, from briefing to activation and performance analysis.
- Drive best-in-class digital partnerships, including first-to-market media and tech opportunities.
- Lead campaign strategy development, performance measurement, and analytics.
- Coordinate across global stakeholders, creative agencies, and internal digital specialists to bring campaigns to life with flawless consistency.
- Build and maintain central digital roadmaps that accelerate digital maturity for both clients.
- Inspire teams and markets with the latest platform trends, insights, and innovation.
- Digital media experience, ideally within a leading media agency.
- Expertise in digital platforms including Google Stack (DCM, SA360, DV360, GA, GTM) and across all digital channels.
- Experience in international coordination and central strategy execution.
- Ability to present complex digital strategies simply and confidently.
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- A curious, proactive mindset with a passion for digital excellence.

Flexible Working

We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
