  • Support business cases, operational integrations, and ad‑hoc cross‑functional projects to drive DA priorities

Requirements of the role:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical and leadership roles within financial services, with a proven record of delivering business results
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field required; advanced degree (MBA, CFA, or equivalent) preferred
  • Strong knowledge of digital assets, blockchain technology, and the evolving regulatory landscape
  • Exceptional judgment, ethical standards, and decision‑making capabilities
  • Ability to clearly and persuasively communicate complex concepts, including articulating recommendations, tradeoffs, and risks
  • Collaborative, one‑team mindset with demonstrated success working across cross‑functional teams and stakeholder groups
  • Proactive, high‑impact problem solver with strong analytical skills and a focus on driving efficiency and performance
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and flexible leader willing to take on a broad range of responsibilities and initiatives
