Flow Traders is looking for a Business Developer in Digital Assets to join our Business Development team in Amsterdam. The ideal candidate has a passion for Digital Assets, is driven to build up and maintain relationships, and eager to grow our network in this area. What you will do
- Identify and engage in new regional business and strategic partnerships across the EMEA region. This includes a primary focus on liquidity provisioning for projects, developing our bi-lateral derivatives product offering and identifying and engaging in new regional business and strategic partnerships across Europe
- Identify and present strategic venture capital investment opportunities emerging from the EMEA region
- Develop, assess, and implement regional business development strategies, while aiding in the establishment of operations in new areas, ensuring adherence to local regulatory standards
- Establish and strengthen connections with key players in the digital asset ecosystem, including venture firms, exchanges, custodians, lenders, infrastructure providers within EMEA
- Work independently within a dynamic and adaptable framework, focusing on the origination and expansion of business opportunities throughout the EMEA region
What you need to succeed
- Business-level proficiency in English
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- An entrepreneurial solution driven mindset
- Relevant experience in finance and digital assets, especially within high-performance teams and institutions
- In-depth understanding of a specific sector in DeFi, GameFi, SocialFi, or digital asset infrastructure
- Comprehensive understanding of the EMEA digital asset landscape and the ability to build up and maintain network connections
- Enthusiastic and capable of grasping the fundamentals of blockchain technologies, algorithmic trading, and liquidity provisioning
