Digital Art Director

We are seeking a talented Digital Art Director with a strong passion and expertise in creating captivating digital brand designs and user experiences. You will lead the visual direction for campaigns and brand development. As a hands-on designer, you will take full responsibility for developing innovative design solutions.

You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment and bring a positive, proactive attitude. You will juggle multiple design projects, continually generating fresh, unique ideas to meet our clients’ diverse digital needs. You excel at delivering a compelling vision, directing photographers to capture the perfect shots, and clearly articulating your concepts to 3D artists. You collaborate closely with copywriters to shape a brand’s tone of voice.

Your strong point of view allows you to contribute effectively while being open to feedback from both team members and clients, knowing when to advocate for your ideas and when to adapt. You are skilled at managing your time and guiding other designers, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

• Develop and design across various brand experiences, focusing on user-centered content, brand design, and online campaigns across all digital touchpoints (social channels).
• Conduct client presentations and manage internal relationships.
• Support the design vision and strategy, develop visual image languages and design approaches, as well as systems.
• Articulate design sensibilities and ensure attention to detail and care for impactful design.
• Collaborate in a highly interactive environment with our team and clients on various digital projects.
• Design for a range of global clients, from startups to established and leading global brands.
• Extraordinary digital brand design portfolio.
• Enthusiasm and curiosity about new technologies, tools, design, and digital trends.
• 5+ years of experience in digital design.
• Strong ability to understand briefs and strategies, providing effective solutions to complex problems.
• Passion for all aspects of design, including conceptual thinking, visual design, and motion design.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and mentorship skills.
• Proficiency with prototyping tools such as After Effects or Figma, as well as being a master in industry-leading design software.
• Enjoy working with international clients and within an international team.
• Excellent English language skills; German language skills are a plus.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 45,000.That’s our baseline for candidates who meet the key requirements.
