Job Summary
Leads the development of digital strategies and solutions. Ensures alignment of digital services with business goals. Oversees the implementation and management of innovative digital platforms.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Develops and implements digital strategies to enhance Signify's Digital Services' landscape that includes business process(es), information (data-architecture), applications (solution architecture) and infrastructure. Align with business stakeholders to understand the business' roadmap.
• Leads/mentors a team of digital professionals to design and execute innovative digital solutions.
• Oversees the lifecycle management of digital platforms, ensuring they remain secure, scalable, and efficient. Is responsible to lay out a target architecture roadmap for their domain including actively seeking opportunities to optimize/consolidate.
* Hands on in architecting solutions on servicenow or equivalent platforms in the area of project / portfolio management, digitizing and customizing asset management and application services solutions is a MUST
• Analyzes market trends and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement of digital services.
• Ensures compliance with relevant digital regulations and standards across all platforms.
• Reports on digital service performance metrics and recommends strategic improvements to senior management.
• Ensure proper integration of the products within the vertical and with products of other verticals.
• Participate in the LEAN program.
Critical Experiences
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field to ensure a solid foundation in digital architecture principles and practices.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital architecture, including strategy development, team leadership, and lifecycle management of digital platforms.
• Certification in TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture frameworks to validate expertise in designing and implementing digital solutions.

Skills Required
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Hands-on experience architecting solutions on ServiceNow or equivalent platforms, particularly project and portfolio management, asset management, and application services
