We are looking for a Technical Project Manager within Semi-conductor industry to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions! This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best-in-class service to our customers.
In this role, you will design and deliver programs that enhance employee experience, strengthen organizational culture, and support leadership excellence. You will act as the primary driver of key initiatives—coordinating across business, engineering, and operations teams—while ensuring that strategies are both globally aligned and locally executed. You will also lead the rhythm of business, create communication strategies that resonate across audiences, and leverage data to measure and demonstrate program success. This position is based on site in Redmond, WA and requires presence in the office five days per week to enable close collaboration and alignment with stakeholders.
In this role
You will be joining a program team focused on silicon development, helping manage the creation of advanced analog silicon modules and test chips. This is a hands-on program management role where you will drive schedules, coordinate across engineering teams, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope. The position requires both strong program management expertise and an understanding of silicon engineering, enabling you to bridge technical and organizational aspects effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage program and project schedules for analog silicon module and test chip development.
- Track and review task lists, deliverables, and milestones across multiple engineering teams.
- Organize, schedule, and facilitate cross-functional meetings, design reviews, and project checkpoints.
- Interface with engineering teams to integrate workstreams and support the assembly of test chips.
- Provide clear program updates, status reports, and documentation to stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to technical requirements.
- Partner with product and engineering leaders to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
- Maintain strong communication with technical teams, translating complex silicon engineering concepts into actionable project plans.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (required).
- Experience:
- 8+ years of overall professional experience.
- 5–8 years of program management experience within silicon environments (semiconductor, chip design, or related).
- 4–5 years of exposure to silicon engineering, with familiarity in analog silicon concepts and terminology.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint).
- Proven ability to organize and run cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience with analog silicon development projects.
- Background in both technical program management and hands-on engineering environments.
- Experience driving cross-functional alignment between product managers, engineers, and leadership.
- Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills in fast-paced, highly technical environments.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $140,000 to $150,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
