This is a hands-on program management role where you will drive schedules, coordinate across engineering teams, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope. The position requires both strong program management expertise and an understanding of silicon engineering, enabling you to bridge technical and organizational aspects effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage program and project schedules for analog silicon module and test chip development.
  • Track and review task lists, deliverables, and milestones across multiple engineering teams.
  • Organize, schedule, and facilitate cross-functional meetings, design reviews, and project checkpoints.
  • Interface with engineering teams to integrate workstreams and support the assembly of test chips.
  • Provide clear program updates, status reports, and documentation to stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to technical requirements.
  • Partner with product and engineering leaders to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
  • Maintain strong communication with technical teams, translating complex silicon engineering concepts into actionable project plans.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (required).
  • Experience:
  • 8+ years of overall professional experience.
  • 5–8 years of program management experience within silicon environments (semiconductor, chip design, or related).
  • 4–5 years of exposure to silicon engineering, with familiarity in analog silicon concepts and terminology.
  • Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint).
  • Proven ability to organize and run cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience with analog silicon development projects.
  • Background in both technical program management and hands-on engineering environments.
  • Experience driving cross-functional alignment between product managers, engineers, and leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills in fast-paced, highly technical environments.
