Job description:
• Performing a broader range of tasks with some latitude on task prioritization.
• Guiding and supporting junior team members, assisting in their formal orientation and training.
• Working within defined processes and procedures and proactively identifying and analyzing solutions to problems within own area.
• Proactively liasing with other teams in related discipline.
• Operational role, being responsible for delivering results that have a direct impact on the achievement of results within the job area.
• Digital Analysis: Being responsible for design, configuration and deployment of digital tracking/measurement capabilities using standard tools like Google Analytics / GTM / Data Studio / Big Query, Adobe Analytics / Experience family.
• Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementation: ingesting customer data from all digital channels and internal systems into a boxed CDP platform (e.g. Adobe AEP, Tealium, Arm Treasure Data, Exponea, …), model customer 360 view, and activating actionable insights towards various business solutions in the area of Marketing Automation (Adobe, Salesforce, …), Customer Acquisition / Programmatic (AdTech like Google, Facebook, …) and CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft, …).
• Marketing Efficiency Reporting: converting digitally measured action into a marketing report to establish an analytics-driven approach to marketing optimization & increasing conversions. Bringing digital analytics sensibility into ad-hoc analysis, findings and recommendations to support marketing & sales teams in their effort (A/B testing & UX, Paid media, CDP/DMP...).
• Data Protection: being the interface for GDPR and Data protection topics for Measurement & CDP topics.
Additional tasks:
Systematically acquiring, validating, maintaining, and scoping electronic data to uncover schemes and scenarios that provide conclusions regarding customer business and use cases."
Requirements:
One to two years of experience in this or a similar position
Basic understanding of Tag Management, Digital Analytics and data in general, basic knowledge of data visualization, HMTL/JavaScript
Basic understanding of digital marketing: hands-on industry experience with SEO, PPC, social media, campaign tagging and conventions
Working knowledge of English
High service-orientation towards the customer
