We are looking for a motivated Digital Analyst (m/f/d) to join our web analytics team! This is the ideal opportunity for someone passionate about data with the goal of improving processes to successfully evaluate, enhance, and oversee the tracking framework to ensure accurate and comprehensive user behavior data collection. (2 year contract).
What you will do:
- Provide expert consultation and quality assurance for new tracking implementations across web and mobile platforms using GA4, GTM, sGTM, and Firebase.
- Maintain and manage tracking documentation within AVO to ensure consistency and accessibility.
- Support stakeholders in leveraging BigQuery for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Serve as a point of contact for general tracking-related inquiries, offering guidance and solutions.
- Ensure the reliability of data collection processes by implementing and managing monitoring and alerting systems.
- Advise stakeholders on the design and execution of meaningful A/B testing experiments to drive data-informed decisions.
What you should bring:
- Solid understanding of web analytics principles, with hands-on experience in Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Proficiency in working across both web and mobile application platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Server-Side GTM (sGTM), along with a foundational knowledge of JavaScript.
- Working knowledge of BigQuery and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Practical experience in A/B testing methodologies, preferably using Optimizely or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead and manage projects from conception to execution.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively demonstrate and communicate work to team members and stakeholders.
- Commitment to knowledge sharing and team development through training and collaborative support.
- Proven capability to manage and prioritize multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach to stakeholder engagement.
