You have a strong background in digital activations and/or customer success, ideally in the sports and entertainment sector. With a solutions-focused mindset, you take pride in solving problems and are willing to be hands-on to ensure success.

THE ROLE

As our Digital Activations Specialist, you will execute on Professional Services sold to partners, specifically focusing on campaign building. You will act as the technical builder for our clients, taking their concepts and turning them into live, digital activations using the Tradable Bits platform. Your role involves managing incoming requests, ensuring timely delivery of built campaigns, and troubleshooting live issues to ensure our customers achieve their business goals. You will collaborate closely with the Customer Success and Development teams to ensure seamless delivery of client projects.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Campaign Building and Execution:

  • Execute on Professional Services sold to partners including campaign building and custom projects.
  • Utilize the Tradable Bits platform to build, test, and launch digital activations for a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Ensure all campaigns are optimized for fan engagement and data capture, aligning with industry best practices.

Project and Request Management:

  • Project manage custom development work for clients, documenting project scope and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Triage feedback and requests from customers and internal teams, ensuring efficient workflow management.
  • Maintain a clear schedule of deliverables, managing expectations with internal stakeholders regarding build times and launch dates.

Troubleshooting and Quality Assurance:

  • Support our partners with their product issues specifically related to custom builds and live campaigns.
  • Test campaigns rigorously before launch to ensure a seamless fan experience.
  • Troubleshoot with little guidance/support when issues arise on live campaigns, ensuring rapid resolution.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Collaborate on campaign ideas and digital strategies with the Customer Success team, offering creative solutions tailored to our platform.
  • Act as an internal customer advocate, identifying where platform improvements can streamline the campaign building process.

MUST HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 1-2 years experience in digital activations, account management, or a project coordination role, ideally in SAAS or tech.
  • Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects while still meeting deadlines.
  • Expert-level communication skills (speaking, reading, writing) with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Basic technical writing skills or the ability to document project scopes clearly.
  • Independent problem solver: able to tackle difficult issues and troubleshoot with little guidance.
  • Experience with digital marketing for business.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Google Suite, Asana, or other Project Management tools.
  • Basic graphic skills using Canva or the Adobe suite

BONUS SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • CSS and Javascript experience (highly valued for customizing campaign builds)
  • Keen interest or work/volunteer experience in Sports, Music, or Entertainment.
  • Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related field(s).
