* Ensure continuous availability and reliability of all IT systems supporting production and business operations.
* Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware and software systems.
* Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, CCTV, access control, and communication systems.
* Provide IT support for manufacturing operations and plant systems.
* Ensure technology availability for production planning, inventory control, quality management, and reporting systems.
* Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve system efficiency.
* Support industrial automation initiatives and data-driven manufacturing improvements.
* Ensure minimum downtime caused by IT-related failures.
* Ensure confidentiality, availability, and integrity of company data.
* Develop business continuity plans for IT systems.
* Monitor data storage, security, and recovery processes.Perform regular testing of backup and recovery systems.
* Manage IT support services for all departments.
* Ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, network, and system issues.
* Provide technical guidance and training to employees.Improve user adoption of technology tools and applications.
* Maintain high levels of internal customer satisfaction.
* Manage relationships with IT suppliers, consultants, and service providers.
* Negotiate IT service contracts and monitor service delivery.
* Evaluate technology solutions and recommend appropriate investments.

Requirements
* Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
* A Masters Degree will be an added advantage
* Minimum of 5–8 years’ progressive IT experience.
* At least 3 years in an IT leadership or supervisory role.
* Experience within manufacturing, steel, engineering, FMCG, mining, or industrial environments preferred.
* Proven experience managing ERP systems and enterprise applications.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field
- Registered Dietician certification (where applicable)
- Valid practicing license (if required by regulatory body)
- Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in clinical or community nutrition
