Line and functional responsibility for departmental management of Dietary. Responsibilities shall include, but not necessarily limited to: the direct supervision of the functions and activities in the Dietary, Departments; interpreting policies, standards, and regulations of the hospital and departments to personnel, patients, Medical Staff, and public; evaluation and provision of opportunities for development of staff; and responsibility for quality delivered.
QualificationsMust have High School Diploma or equivalent and Certified Dietary Managers Course. Two years of experience in management with a background in nutrition preferred.
