$13.75–$17.40/hour Dietary Aide at Elm Crest Senior Living Community in Harlan, IA. This is a full-time, 40-hour role covering shifts across our kitchen's 5:00 AM–8:00 PM hours, seven days a week, including weekends and holidays.
You'll help make mealtime one of the best parts of a resident's day, whether that's setting up the dining room, getting a tray to someone who can't come to the dining room, or just checking in with someone during a meal.
What you'll do:
- Set up the dining room and assist with meal preparation
- Serve residents and visitors during meals in the dining room
- Deliver trays to residents who need meals brought to them
- Help with light food prep and general kitchen support
- Keep dining and kitchen areas clean and organized
What you'll need:
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Open availability across all shifts within kitchen hours (5:00 AM–8:00 PM), including weekends and holidays
Preferred:
- Dietary aide or food service experience
- Healthcare setting experience (nursing home, hospital, or similar)
Pay and benefits:
- $13.75–$17.40/hour, based on experience
