📌 What We’re Looking For: Senior Product Manager (Account Lifecycle)



We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Product Manager to own the Account Lifecycle domain at DANA. In this role, you’ll shape secure, seamless, and compliant account experiences used by millions of users across Indonesia—covering everything from onboarding and verification to account management and lifecycle optimization.

You’ll work closely with engineering, design, data, business, and compliance teams to ensure our account systems are scalable, reliable, and aligned with regulatory requirements, while still delivering great user experience.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery, definition, development, release, to continuous monitoring.
  • Analyze user behavior, pain points, and market trends to identify improvement opportunities and drive innovation.
  • Mentor and guide junior product managers, foster collaboration across design, engineering, and business teams.
  • Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver intuitive, secure, and scalable experiences.
  • Work closely with business, legal, compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and regulatory accuracy.
  • Monitor product performance using data and user feedback; define priorities based on insights.
  • Support go-to-market activities with marketing, operations, and customer service.
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Stay updated on fintech, identity, security, and account management best practices in the market.

What You Will Need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, or related fields (internship experience counts!).
  • Experience in Digital Fintech will be preferred.
  • Must be based in Jakarta (office presence required).
  • Strong analytical thinking – comfortable with data, user research, and A/B testing basics.
  • Clear and effective leadership skills – ability to lead a functional team of engineers, designers, and associate product manager.
  • Able to manage stakeholders effectively - strong presentation skills and perception towards senior leadership needs.
