We're seeking a Senior Engineer with expertise in commercial vehicle systems, CAN communication protocols, and electrical/electronics development. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and proficiency with diagnostic tools. A MSEE degree is preferred, along with strong communication and the ability to work independently onsite in Dublin, VA.
Competencies required for this project include:
- Senior engineer knowledge of various commercial vehicle systems and functions
- Knowledge of commercial vehicle CAN communication protocols and CAN analysis tools such as Vector CANalyzer
- Knowledge and experience with automotive electrical and electronics development and diagnostics tools
- Knowledge and experience in vehicle controller software toolchain such as Engineering Tool, Prosit
- Experience with last generation sensor technology
- Experience with wiring harness manufacturing and repair tools
- Knowledge in commercial vehicle EE troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and with minimum direction are a must
- Hands on abilities a must
- 5+years of experience in commercial vehicle system verification and/or EE system design
- MSEE degree desired
- Ability to work fully onsite in Dublin, VA and travel locally.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
