Key job tasks

  • Develop and implement brand strategies, including campaigns/programs complying with pharma code and high quality/standard.
  • Initiate, execute and review brand plan, set sales forecast and conduct product training.
  • Consolidate, analyze market information to gain market insights and develop brand plans aligned with corporate strategy to drive growth in sales and market share.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders to engage and identify market opportunities in early stage.
  • Lead and cooperate with cross-functional team (including Sales, Market access, Medical etc.) to ensure brand strategy implemented and to achieve shared goal.
  • Well-manage budgets and optimize resources to drive the best performance and effectiveness.


Qualifications

  • College diploma or above, major in pharmacy or business management is a plus.
  • At least 3+ years marketing experience with good track record in pharma/or healthcare industry. Preferably worked in both sales and product management before/currently.
  • With diabetes product management experience or Cardiovascular/Metabolic therapeutic area experience is a must, with self-pay product management is a plus.
  • High learning agility, good communication skills, resilient, result-oriented, well-disciplined, could work independently and under pressure.
  • Solid analytical and interpersonal skills. Have a flair with numbers and is a team player who knows how to collaborate across a complex environment and lead by influence.
