DI Senior engineers are responsible for the design and development of ADVANTEST ATE (automatic test equipment) test interface solutions, cooperate with the evaluation and mass production of related equipment. Responsibilities cover all aspects of PCB (printed circuit board) design, including the selection of electrical components, the certification of PCB materials, the design of power circuits, analog circuits and high-speed circuits, and the confirmation of manufacturing engineering issues. Cooperate with various functional teams to develop high-performance and realizable solution, build simulation models, formulate specifications, confirm design documents, support product manufacture and troubleshooting, and be responsible for the entire process of product realization.
Assist in identifying various possible risks in the advancement of projects, including project kickoff, design, material preparation, manufacturing, delivery, etc. Timely Analyze, sort out and countermeasures to ensure that products are delivered on time, with guaranteed quality and quantity, thereby shortening the product production iteration cycle, and coordinating with the formulation of corresponding improvement strategies and plans for each of the main influencing factors.
Preferred QualificationsAt least 7 years of hardware-related work, Master or excellent bachelor majored in electronic engineering, microelectronics, automation, instrumentation, communications, or related disciplines.
- 5+ years of PCB design and high-speed design experience
- 3+ years of team leadership experience
- 2+ years of SI simulation experience
- Strong self-learning ability, able to study and work effectively under pressure
- Good English skills, both written and oral.
- Have good communication skills
- Able to meet the requirements of domestic and overseas business trips, and have a good team spirit
Additional Preferred Qualifications
-Familiar with Allegro CAD (Computer Aided Design) and ADS (Advanced Design System) tools
-ATE PCB design experience is preferred
