DevSecOps & Middleware Platform Associate Manager

What you’ll do: 

• Join the team of DevSecOps & Middleware Platform and in particular in the Platform Services & Networking area, reporting directly to DevSecOps &   Middleware Platform Manager.
• Have the opportunity to be involved in the management and evolution of all frameworks, products and systems at the basis of the Middleware&Cloud Native, PaaS and DevSecOps Infrastructure in Sisal.
• Coordinate with a team to help achieve business goals.
• Manage and promote initiatives to improve software development, management, and maintenance processes and promote the adoption of best practices related to these processes and the platform's typical development methods.
   

What you’ll bring:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in structured contexts where technology is the driver to success. Such contexts can be found in companies in the entertainment industry, in the software development industry, in the cloud computing industry, in the telecommunication industry, in the financial industry, in the system integration industry.
• You have a degree in technical disciplines such as Software Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering or any equivalent experience.
• Attention to detail, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and turn data into actionable next steps.
• You have excellent knowledge of Middleware Technologies based on Kubernetes (Onprem - OKE - AKS – EKS), Rancher, Ngnix, Prometheus, Cloud based applications and Microservices architecture, Grafana, Opensearch, Kafka, GitLab, Helm, Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible, Linux, Scripting Languages (i.e. Bash, Python), Office Suite.
• Knowledge of cloud providers like Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) - Microsoft Azure (AZ) - Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• You know work in a team, create and manage projects, run complex IT infrastructure.
• You are proactive, flexible, innovative, determined, ready for a fast-paced work environment.
• Fluency in English and Italian, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
