Ensures the secure, automated, reliable delivery and operation of the platform
(cloud, on-prem, hybrid).
Key Requirements:
Education / Background:
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, IT Security, or related field.
• 5–8 years in DevOps/SRE with strong security integration.
Technical Expertise:
• Cloud-native deployments: Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE), Helm, Terraform.
• Monitoring & observability: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry.
• CI/CD pipelines with security gates and policy checks.
• Secrets & key management (Cloud KMS, HSM), encryption, IAM (RBAC/ABAC,
MFA).
• Compliance frameworks: ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR/CCPA.
Resilience & Testing:
• Load & chaos testing tools (k6, Locust, Chaos Mesh).
• Disaster recovery, backup/restore strategies, high availability.
Soft Skills:
• Security mindset across the SDLC.
• Cross-team collaboration (developers, architects, compliance officers).
• Strong incident response & troubleshooting capability
