We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate DevRel to join our team. The goal of this role is to enhance the relationship with the developer community, increasing their retention and satisfaction as measured through feedback.

As the DevRel, you will coordinate with multiple regional collaborators, disseminate content in local languages, and act as a bridge between our internal development team that releases various products and tools, and the MultiversX community that builds on top of our blockchain.

Here’s what you’ll do:

•  Create presentations, demos, and educate other developers to promote and advocate for our technology.
• Build and maintain relationships with local collaborators, offering them technical guidance and support.
• Collaborate with our Marketing and Community teams to align on messages and drive adoption of MultiversX technology.
• May write technical materials, host Twitter spaces, and create tutorials to enable developers to effectively use MultiversX's products and services.
• Represent MultiversX at various tech events and Hackathons, delivering engaging presentations and networking with developers and key stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the blockchain and crypto world, and share relevant knowledge with the internal team and the wider developer community.

To succeed in this role, you need:

•  Technical background with a very good understanding of our products, and the ability to translate that knowledge to others.
•  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages to each suitable means of communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative attitude.
• Active involvement in the open-source community and familiarity with relevant developer tools and platforms is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and represent MultiversX at industry events, conferences, and meetups.
