What You'll Do 

As a DevOps Engineer at Droxi, you'll be essential in optimizing our infrastructure, ensuring high availability, and enabling seamless software deployment. You'll focus on maintaining robust, scalable, and secure environments that support our AI-powered solutions for healthcare. This role demands expertise in automation, cloud infrastructure, and continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices to help us deliver top-tier services to our clients. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Build and Maintain Infrastructure: Design and manage reliable, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure to support Droxi’s high-performance AI solutions. 
• Implement CI/CD Pipelines: Develop, automate, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment process and improve efficiency across development cycles. 
• Automate Processes: Leverage automation tools to enhance deployment, monitoring, and scaling, reducing manual intervention and improving system stability. 
• Monitor and Optimize Systems: Actively monitor system performance and conduct optimization efforts to enhance response times and reliability. 
• Ensure Security Compliance: Implement security best practices across systems, safeguarding sensitive healthcare data in accordance with industry regulations. 
• Collaborate with Development Teams: Work closely with our software engineering team to integrate DevOps processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth production rollouts. 

Who you are 

• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or related engineering role, with a strong background in AWS platform. 
• Proficiency in automation tools like Terraform, and experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions. 
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. 
• Knowledge of monitoring tools(e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) to oversee system health and identify areas for optimization. 
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, or Ruby) to streamline processes and improve efficiency. 
• Passion for problem-solving and a proactive approach to improving infrastructure performance and reliability. 
• Adaptability to a startup environment and flexibility to support a dynamic, rapidly evolving tech stack.

Work Environment & Location 

At Droxi, we value flexibility and collaboration. Our office is conveniently located in Ramat Gan, just a 2-minutes walk from Savidor train station, making it easily accessible. We generally prefer to work from the office three times a week to foster team collaboration and connection, but we’re open to discussing arrangements that work best for you.
