We are looking for a DevOps Team Lead to play a critical role in building and leading our DevOps domain. You will have the opportunity to shape and scale the DevOps culture, infrastructure, and processes, including managing on-prem environments and multi-cloud setups (AWS, Azure, GCP). This role requires a hands-on leader who can not only drive technical excellence but also guide the development of FinOps, SecOps, and a robust development process, ensuring we become an effective and efficient engineering team.
You will report directly to the VP R&D and work alongside our Engineering managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- DevOps Strategy & Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of the DevOps domain, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automation across on-prem and multi-cloud environments.
- Build and Scale: Drive the development and scaling of DevOps best practices, from deployment pipelines to system monitoring, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders to automate and optimize development workflows, helping to create a seamless and efficient development process.
- Infrastructure Management: Manage cloud-based and on-prem infrastructure, ensuring uptime, performance, and security across diverse environments.
- Troubleshooting & Resolution: Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.
- Documentation & Process: Develop and maintain clear documentation for all systems, processes, and infrastructure, contributing to a well-documented and transparent DevOps environment.

Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in a DevOps role, with 2+ years experience in leading or mentoring a team.
- Strong expertise in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-prem infrastructure management.
- Experience with automation and configuration management tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
- Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Proven experience with production environments
- Proficiency with scripting and coding (e.g., Python, Typescript).
- Experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines and system monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of IT operations and best practices for high-availability systems.
