At ONE ZERO, Israel’s first fully digital bank, we’re building the technology that powers a new era of intuitive, transparent, people-first banking. We’re looking for a DevOps Team Lead to join our Platform & Infrastructure group. In this strategic, hands-on role, you’ll lead a team of DevOps engineers, define our infrastructure roadmap, and drive the automation, security, and scalability of our production systems.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or infrastructure roles.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity within DevOps teams.
- Deep knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, and CI/CD tools.
- Proven experience with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD and Argo Workflows.
- Proficiency in Python and scripting for infrastructure automation.
