We’re looking for a DevOps Team Lead to join ONE ZERO’s Platform & Infrastructure group. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide our DevOps engineers, define our infrastructure roadmap, and ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of our production systems. - 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Infrastructure roles
- 2+ years in a leadership or mentorship position within DevOps teams
- Deep knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, and CI/CD tools
- Strong experience with GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Argo Workflows)
- Proficiency in Python and scripting for automation
- Experience with Helm and Kubernetes package management
- Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, TLS) and cloud security
- Experience in fintech or regulated environments – a strong advantage
- Familiarity with AI-driven DevOps tools (AIOps) – an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and strong technical leadership presence
