About the role
We are looking for a talented & motivated DevOps Engineer to join the dynamic Infra-team that’s at the forefront of Infrastructure management and automation. As part of your role you will design and build tools, automate infrastructure and monitor a complex, large-scale cloud system available 24/7/365 (99.99% availability standard), in the CI/CD world of microservices designed systems.
The ideal candidate will have:
● A passion for DevOps culture and technologies;
● Positive & Proactive and “CAN DO” attitude;
● Senior engineering experience;
● True team player, ready to work in a team environment.
Requirements
● At least 5 years of experience as DevOps Engineer/Developer – Must;
● Linux Experience – Must;
● Proficiency in two of the coming languages: Python/Go/Bash – Must;
● Knowledge and familiarity with Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform – Must;
● Experience with Kubernetes – Must;
● Experience with CI/CD automation flows and tools – Must;
● Experience with server-side developer – Advantage;
● Experience with Terraform/Jenkins/Argo-CD – Advantage;
● Experience with monitoring tools Newrelic/Datadog/Grafana/Prometheus – Advantage;
● Experience with Large scale 24/7 environments – Advantage;
● Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Responsibilities
● Develop and maintain multiple Kubernetes environments and CI/CD pipelines;
● Implementing development and automation tools, and infrastructure;
● Identifying technical problems and fixing the code bugs;
● Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats;
● Code Review – verify and validate the code developed by colleagues;
● Incidence management and root cause analysis.
