About the team/ Offering

Our IT Outsourcing delivery teams support mission-critical infrastructure services for enterprise clients, helping ensure reliable, optimized, and secure operations while enabling modernization and cloud adoption. This role supports DevOps practices, cloud automation, CI/CD delivery, and infrastructure operations across AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments, helping development and production teams deliver software and infrastructure in a more efficient, secure, and scalable way.

About the Role

Essential Job Functions:

As a DevOps Specialist, you will be responsible for creating the foundations, services, and tools required to support projects that run code in production. You will automate the software development lifecycle and infrastructure, support development and production environments, promote a strong DevOps culture, build and evolve CI/CD pipelines, and help accelerate the delivery of reliable software across cloud environments.

  • Automate the software development lifecycle to improve delivery efficiency, reliability, and speed.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and operational processes.
  • Provide support to development teams, helping simplify delivery and execution of code and infrastructure.
  • Support production environments, including operational stability, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
  • Promote and implement DevOps culture, practices, and collaboration across technical teams.
  • Build and evolve CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery.
  • Work with DevOps, automation, containerization, and orchestration tools such as OpenShift, Kubernetes, GitHub, Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform.
  • Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure using automated practices across AWS and Azure environments.
  • Collaborate effectively in a team environment and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Required knowledge and hands-on experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, GitHub, Jenkins, DevOps practices, and Ansible or Terraform.
  • Required knowledge and experience with public cloud environments, including AWS and Azure.
  • Experience with automation software and infrastructure automation practices.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools used to build and evolve delivery pipelines.
  • Experience with operating systems, networking, and security concepts.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of version control tools such as Git and GitHub, including workflows such as GitFlow.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a continuous improvement mindset.

Other Qualifications:

  • Experience with data management and monitoring tools such as Kibana, Dynatrace, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Knowledge of cloud-oriented networking is preferred.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications and Electronics Engineering, Electronic Systems, Computer Systems, or a related field
  • Experience with operating systems, networking, and security concepts
