ABOUT THE ROLE
As a DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you will enable engineering teams by designing and maintaining modern cloud-native delivery platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and observability solutions. Rather than providing traditional operational support, your focus will be on building scalable engineering capabilities that improve developer productivity, deployment reliability, and platform resilience.
You will work closely with software engineers and architects to automate infrastructure, standardize deployment patterns, and implement cloud-native best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes-based platforms.
Build and improve CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD and GitOps principles.
Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
Implement observability solutions including monitoring, logging, and alerting.
Standardize deployment, security, and operational best practices across engineering teams.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployments.
Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability and scalability.
Support engineering enablement initiatives through reusable platform components.
Continuously improve platform performance, availability, and resilience.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong experience with Kubernetes.
Hands-on experience with ArgoCD and GitOps.
Strong knowledge of Terraform.
Experience implementing observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, or similar).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker.
Experience with cloud platforms is considered an advantage.
Knowledge of Linux administration and networking fundamentals.
Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs is expected. This may include occasional domestic or international travel, sometimes on short notice.
