ZS's Platform Development team is at the forefront of transforming the clinical trials landscape through cutting-edge SaaS solutions. ZS Trials.ai is a solution dedicated to addressing the unmet needs of the industry by digitizing, automating, and enhancing intelligence in clinical studies, ultimately accelerating the delivery of new treatments to market. What You'll Do

• Streamlined Deployments : Own and improve CI/CD pipelines enabling safe, toggle-based deployments across multiple environments (TeamCity, ArgoCD , Helm).
• Operational Excellence : Establish and scale observability stacks (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) that proactively detect and diagnose issues.
• Infrastructure Automation : Design infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation) to provision and manage scalable, reproducible, and auditable systems.
• Security & Compliance : Implement IAM, RBAC, logging, and auditing systems that uphold compliance standards (HIPAA, ISO, GDPR).
• Response & Uptime : Lead incident resolution, drive post-mortem practices, and champion chaos engineering to test system resilience.
• Enablement & Mentorship : Uplevel the team by mentoring junior engineers, writing documentation, and fostering a culture of ownership and operational excellence.

What You'll Bring

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD automation
• Deep expertise with Kubernetes (especially AWS EKS), Docker, and Helm
• Strong proficiency with CI/CD tools: TeamCity, Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, ArgoCD
• Hands-on experience with AWS (IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, ECR, ECS)
• Experience implementing IaC with Terraform and/or CloudFormation
• Solid scripting skills in Bash or Python
• Strong understanding of cloud-native security practices and compliance frameworks
• Experience hosting High-Availability SaaS applications , enabling continuous deployments while maintaining a stable environment

Additional Skills:

• Certifications: CKA/CKAD/CKS, AWS DevOps Engineer, Terraform Associate
• Experience with chaos engineering and distributed systems resilience
