- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering, with recent experience owning end-to-end DevOps infrastructure.
- Strong hands-on expertise with both On-premise & cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS)
- Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipeline design, Kubernetes, container orchestration, and infrastructure automation.
- Proven Python development experience (not just scripting), with ability to build internal tools, integrations, and backend services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, self-driven mindset, and ability to work independently while leading technical decision-making.
- Take end-to-end ownership of DevOps practices, infrastructure, and automation across the organization.
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to support fast, secure, and stable deployments.
- Administer and scale infrastructure across on-premises servers, including network and storage configurations.
- Build and manage containerized workloads using Docker and orchestrate deployments with Kubernetes and Amazon ECS.
- Implement and manage infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Ensure observability and reliability by setting up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, Splunk).
- Drive adoption of DevSecOps best practices including code quality checks, security scanning, and policy enforcement.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with application and business needs.
- Stay current with emerging tools, trends, and methodologies to continually evolve the DevOps landscape.
- Experience working with Python and Flask in production-grade backend systems.
- Exposure to AI/ML environments, vector databases (e.g., PGVector), or high-performance computing.
- Knowledge of compliance tools like Checkmarx and Black Duck.
Skills Required
