The primary objective of this role is to take operational ownership of a newly developed mobile application that is being introduced as an extension of our existing Online Card Center (OCC) platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and leading the operational support model for the mobile application, ensuring its stable, secure, and reliable operation across iOS and Android platforms. This includes managing releases, coordinating application deployments through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, monitoring service availability and performance, handling incidents, and working closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams. As this is a newly established service area, the role offers the opportunity to shape operational processes, define best practices, and contribute to building the future mobile application operations capability within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the stable operation of business-critical mobile applications (iOS and Android) and related backend systems.
  • Monitor application performance, availability, and fleet card transaction processes.
  • Manage incidents, coordinate issue resolution, and drive proactive problem prevention.
  • Oversee application releases, version management, and deployments through Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
  • Monitor and support CI/CD pipelines and backend platform operations.
  • Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure service reliability.
  • Contribute to the design and establishment of operational processes and best practices for a newly introduced digital service.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Application Operations, Production Support, or DevOps roles.
  • Hands-on experience supporting mobile applications (iOS and/or Android).
  • Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release management processes.
  • Experience with incident management and troubleshooting in production environments.
  • Knowledge of API-based systems and integrations.
  • Strong ownership mindset, proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively during critical incidents.

Skills Required
