As we continue to grow our engineering team in Bulgaria, we’re looking for a DevOps Engineer who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys building scalable, reliable systems.
Your Role:
- You’ll play a key role in shaping and maintaining our infrastructure by working closely with our engineering teams to:
- Deploy, operate, and scale our development and production environments
- Automate processes and streamline workflows across the organization
- Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across dev, test, and production systems
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and security
What You Bring:
Core Expertise
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (OCI preferred, AWS/GCP/Azure also relevant)
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices — CI/CD, automation, security, cost optimization
- Hands-on experience with containers — Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience managing production systems with high availability (24/7)
- Strong background in Linux/Unix administration
- Infrastructure & Automation
- Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Consul, etc.)
- Scripting skills in Bash, Python, Groovy, or Ruby
Monitoring & Tooling
- Experience with monitoring & observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Thanos)
- Familiarity with logging systems (ELK, Graylog, Splunk)
- Hands-on with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
- Strong knowledge of Git/GitLab workflows and automation

- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation (when needed)
