We are looking for a full-time DevOps Engineer to join our team.
Requirements:
- Background knowledge in managing and maintaining large scale environments
- Experience in Azure DevOps (YAML pipelines, multi-stage deployments)
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD practices and trunk-based development
- Hands-on experience with Azure Blueprints and Azure Deployment Stacks
- Strong experience with Azure Bicep and infrastructure-as-code patterns
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Grafana, Kibana)
- Understanding of zero-downtime deployment strategies (slots, blue-green, canary)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Experience with Terraform (would be a plus)
- Experience with feature flag platforms (would be a plus)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science (or similar technical field)
- Level of English: Upper Intermediate (at least)
Responsibilities:
- Create and promote tools that enhance overall productivity and security in an Azure environment
- Explore better tools and techniques, configure, refine, support build and deployment pipelines to improve the deployment process
- Design and implement infrastructure migration from Azure Blueprints to Deployment Stacks
- Validate and refine IaC patterns to support 9 environments and ~70 services
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using shared YAML template libraries
- Implement zero-downtime deployment strategies and release governance
- Collaborate with security and development teams on identity, access, and compliance controls
- Identify and mitigate infrastructure, deployment, and security risks
- Participate in incident response and root cause analysis
- Contribute to architectural decisions and DevOps best practices across teams
